Orders within the United States
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused, and unworn condition.
To start a return, please complete and submit the form on our Returns Request Form page. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding any shipping charges associated with returning the merchandise.
International Return & Exchange Policy (outside the United States)
At Dance Jox, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note that all international sales are final.
Due to customs regulations, shipping costs, and handling logistics, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States.
We encourage international customers to review our size chart and product details carefully before placing an order. Exchange or Return Request Form (USA orders only)
If you are not happy with the fit we will exchange your order 100% FREE.
1. Submit ‘Exchange and Return’ request form.
2. We will email you a return shipping label via Stamps.com FREE of charge.
3. Print the label and attach it to the package.
4. Place the package in your outgoing mail, or drop it off at your local post office.
