You’ll want to make sure you wear a dance belt when wearing these shorts/tights, otherwise you may not have the proper support during your dancing or athletic movements.

Actually use these for spin class but the shorts are great for workouts too. They fit well, are reasonably priced (as compared to 2XU, 10k, etc.) and the material is durable and comfortable, even after many washings.
