Our dance belt design has gained immense popularity in the market and we take pride in that accomplishment. The design is a result of collaborative efforts between professional ballet dancers and our founder, who himself is a former pro ballet dancer. We strongly believe in inclusivity
Since as far back as we can recall, the dancewear industry has only offered dance belts in a “flesh tone” color that caters to lighter, predominantly white skin tones. We recognized the absence of inclusivity for individuals with medium to dark skin tones and decided to take action. On February 15, 2018, we launched our brown dance belt option, which was featured on our Instagram page. We have since introduced a new color, caramel, to expand our range of options.

Verified ownerThis is my first time wearing a dance belt. I'm an older, heavier, guy so the 2XL was nearest my size. After shopping around at the usual places, I couldn't find a belt near my size, I thought I'd have to wear something smaller and just get used to it. After searching around I came across some reviews of Dance Jox, and for less than the competitions cost, I order a belt my size. To be fair, I also ordered a 3XL (amazed Dance Jox sells something that size) to see if that would fit better. I think I'm somewhere between the two sizes, but 2XL gives me the better supported feeling after things get settled in and arranged. The material is very comfortable, the belt material does roll a bit, but I've got a gut I'm still working on, but material doesn't bother me much. I'm amazed though that I was able to find such a great product, that it's comfortable, priced very well, and ships quickly. I'll definitely be recommending Dance Jox should another guy ask about dance belts.
